PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that achieves ideal electric characteristics obtained by making the solar cell into a tandem type.SOLUTION: In the tandem solar cell formed by laminating photoelectric conversion layers having different light absorption bands, by introducing an optical control layer having wavelength dependency in reflection and transmission between the photoelectric conversion layers, a light absorption amount of each photoelectric conversion layer can be increased, thus power generation amount of each photoelectric conversion layer can be increased, and as a result, which contributes to improving power generation characteristics in a serialized system. |
