PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film excellent in adhesion of a transparent conductive layer consisting of ITO and the like and a metal electrode layer, and a transparent plastic film and the transparent conductive layer.SOLUTION: In a laminate film, at least on a surface of a transparent plastic substrate (A), two or more layers of a mixed hard coat layer (B) consisting of a mixture of ultraviolet curable resin (hereinafter referred to as a UV curable resin) having the following two characteristics simultaneously and a thermo-setting resin are formed, and a transparent conductive layer (C) is formed thereon. In a constitution of the resin of the mixed hard coat layer (B), the thermo-setting resin is to be ≥10 pts.wt. and ≤30 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of UV curable resin, and the thermo-setting resin is a melamine resin and/or alkoxysilane. In the laminate film, an auxiliary electrode layer (D) which is a layer formed of one kind selected from a group of Cu, Ag, Al, Au, Ni, Ni/Cr, and Ti, or a layer of multiple kinds of metals, and in which a specific resistance is ≥1×10&OHgr;cm and ≤1×10&OHgr;cm can be provided on the transparent conductive layer (C). |
