PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a malt beverage, where its flavor is improved, a flavor improver, which effectively improves the flavor of the malt beverage, and a method related to them.SOLUTION: A malt beverage contains anserine. The malt beverage may contain 20 ppm or higher anserine. A method for manufacturing malt beverage using a material containing a malt, includes adding anserine. A flavor improver contains anserine as an effective component, and is used to improve the flavor of the malt beverage. The method may improve the flavor of the malt beverage by adding anserine.
