PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-floor bicycle capable of ensuring large loading space of luggage, etc. above a rear wheel and easily carrying out a raising operation even when a heavy luggage is loaded above the rear wheel.SOLUTION: A bicycle has a main pipe 6 for connecting a head pipe 3 with a pedal hanger part 13, and a chain stay 8 for connecting the pedal hanger part 13 with a vicinity of a rear-wheel hub shaft 14. A luggage basket 10 is placed above the rear wheel 2. The vicinity of the pedal hanger part 13 of the main pipe 6 has a low-floor structure. At least the rear wheel 2 is configured to have a small diameter. The chain stay 8 is configured to be comparatively long. As a result, the gravity center in the rear wheel 2 side becomes low, staggering during travelling can be suppressed, loading/unloading of luggage is facilitated, a raising stroke of a main stand 11 is small, the raising operation is easy, large loading space of luggage is ensured above the rear wheel 2, and staggering of the whole bicycle during driving is effectively suppressed. |
