PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard-coated antidazzle film, a polarizing film and the like, having excelling antidazzle properties and excelling reflection properties even with a low haze degree value and, when reflection is reduced, capable of preventing specific "tinting" to improve the black density when displaying black.SOLUTION: The hard-coated antidazzle film including a hard-coating antidazzle layer and a reflection layer has a reflection intensity ratio of 3 or less. The hard-coating antidazzle layer contains fine particles. An asperity-shaped surface of the hard-coating antidazzle layer has an average angle &thetas;a of inclination in a predetermined range and arithmetic average surface roughness Ra. The surface shape of the antireflection layer has the number of convexities exceeding a roughness mean line of a surface roughness profile. And, the number and size of the convexities exceeding a standard line that is in parallel to the mean line and is located at a height of 0.1 μm are within predetermined ranges.
