PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced polycarbonate resin composition having excellent flame retardancy, rigidity, impact resistance and heat resistance.SOLUTION: This carbon fiber-reinforced polycarbonate resin composition includes: 40-95 mass% of a polycarbonate resin (A); 5-60 mass% of a carbon fiber (B); 3-30 pts.mass of a phosphazene compound (C) to 100 pts.mass of the total of components (A) and (B); and 0.001-1 pt.mass of a fluoropolymer (D) to 100 pts.mass of the total of components (A) and component (B).
