PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, on cutting a product having a prescribed contour shape from a sheet material, while a plurality of parts in a cutting face to be formed into the contour of the product are left without being cut and the sheet material and the product are joined by "a microjoint", when the microjoint is cut and the product and the sheet material are separated, "a joint burr" is left.SOLUTION: In a sheet metal member, a product 2 sectioned from a sheet-like member 3 by a laser processing locus 4a formed by laser irradiation to a workpiece that is the sheet-like member 3 is held by the sheet-like member 3 by a joint formed by stopping the laser irradiation in a part of the contour shape. In the sheet metal member, the joint is formed at a biting part in a shape of being bitten to the inside direction of the product 2 to the edge face of the product 2 facing the sheet material 3 via the laser processing locus 4a, and a curve is formed from the edge face of the product 2 toward the biting part. |
