PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble in a housing case an input shaft in which power from an engine is input, a PTO output shaft in which the power from the input shaft is transmitted and output to a power generator, and an intermediate shaft in which the power from the input shaft is reversed and transmitted to the output shaft in a marine speed-reducing reversing gear having the power generator for supplying the inboard power.SOLUTION: A PTO output shaft 10, an input shaft 1, and an intermediate shaft 12 are arranged parallel to each other. A housing case 7 is divided in the vertical direction with a surface connecting the axes of the PTO output shaft 10, the input shaft 1, and the intermediate shaft 12 as a dividing surface. The PTO output shaft 10, the input shaft 1, and the intermediate shaft 12 are rotatably supported by the dividing surface of the housing case 7. |
