PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching and detaching structure or the like which enables easy attachment and detachment of a roll medium including a shaft, and does not use a complicated mechanism, in the attaching and detaching structure of a roll medium in a conveying device.SOLUTION: In a conveying device in which a roll medium integrated with a rotary shaft is loaded, and which feeds a sheet type medium from the roll medium to a conveyance path by a driving roller arranged on an upper part of the loaded roll medium, an attaching and detaching structure for the roll medium includes: an attachable and detachable upper frame that supports the driving shaft of the driving roller and covers the upper part of the loaded roll member; and a locking member that takes a locking position where it stops movement of the rotary shaft of the loaded roll medium and the attached upper frame, and an unlocking position where it enables the movement thereof.
