The present invention is intended to create the same scenarios than the cycle of water, from the evaporation, concentration and condensation to the filtration and distribution of water without salts; nature performs this cycle and we had created the same scenario in a synthetic form, creating the steps in an easy and efficient manner, which consist in taking water from the ocean, evaporating, concentrating and condensing the same, when being in liquid state water is passed through a plurality of filters and then stored in a tank with a recirculation circuit, in said circuit water is passed through filters of UV beams for completely removing bacteria, which may remain after the evaporation and filtration process, water may be supplied from the storing tanks as desired for agricultural use or human consumption once the same is passed through a purification plant.
