PURPOSE: A pavilion column is provided to prevent wooden panels from being damaged due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between a column body and a wooden panel and to prevent a column body from being exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A pavilion column comprises a column body (10) and a wooden panel (20) joined to the outside of the column body. A concave groove and a joint protrusion are formed on both sides of the wooden panel. The cross section of the wooden panel is shaped into a Π or Γ to correspond to the circumference part of the column body. The upper end circumference of the column body is formed with a joint hole (12) joined with the end of a cross beam (C). A support stand (50) is equipped in a vertical direction and is joined to the lower surface of a roof (D). The inner surface of the wooden panel is separated from the outer surface of the column body using a supporting unit (30). |
