PURPOSE: A functional chair for exercising a human body is provided to enable a user to easily exercise by fixing his or her legs during exercise. CONSTITUTION: A functional chair for exercising a human body comprises a thigh support board, a pair of armrests, and a foot holder for a handstand. The thigh support board is installed in the front of a seat plate (1), allows the user's back to contact a backrest (4), and fixes the user's legs. The armrests connect to an armrest support unit providing various exercise functions. A neck support unit is combined with the foot holder to allow handstand and sit up exercises. |
