PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of effectively saving energies and resources by arousing saving consciousness of a user before a functional operation finishes.SOLUTION: A water heater includes function switches to perform functional operations like filling hot water in a bathtub, reheating the hot water, and so on. When these function switches are operated, the control section 51 of the water heater predicts amounts of gas and water used by a water heater 1 between start and finish of the functional operation and indicates the predicted result on a display portion 64 of a remote controller 61 of the water heater 1 before the functional operation specified by the operation finishes. In addition, here a predicted usage fare is indicated on the display portion 64 in addition to the predicted amount of use or instead of this. |
