PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage suppressed in unpleasant smell peculiar to an anserine-containing peptide.SOLUTION: A beverage is obtained by mixing an anserine-containing peptide with at least one kind out of an extract and an aromatic of a plant processed product selected from a group consisting of (1) a roasted product of grain selected from a group consisting of adlay, unpolished rice and barley, (2) a non-fermented product or semi-fermented product of tea leaves to which a dried product of semi-open flower bud of jasmine is added or to which its aroma is transferred, (3) a dried product of Houttuynia cordata or Veitch's bamboo, and (4) a roasted product of seeds selected from a group consisting of sesame, buckwheat, soybean and cassia seed. |
