PILE TRANSPLANT DEVICE FOR FLOCKING CARPET MANUFACTURING

PURPOSE: A pile transplant device for a flocking carpet production is provided to produce a high quality flocking carpet with a long pile as transplant of the long pile is enabled with vertical flocking and uniform flocking which has a high density. CONSTITUTION: A pile transplant device for a flocking carpet production forms a pile insertion part (101) in an upper part and a pile discharge part in a lower part. The pile transplant device has a partition wall (102) in a vertical direction which divides an internal space and the pile transplant device is composed of a pile box (1) which is made to be supported by an insulating body (104) installed on an outer periphery in an insulated state; a pile insertion roller (2) which is installed in an upper part of each space of the pile box forming a concaved groove (201) in a radial shape on the outer periphery; an inserted amount controller (3) which enables adjustment of an interval with the pile insertion roller inserted from outer wall of the pile box into the pile box; a brush roller which inserts through a stainless mesh while brushing piles fell down on the stainless mesh being installed in a lower part of the pile insertion roller; a discharge screw (5) which forces to discharge the piles which failed to pass the stainless mesh being installed in a lower center part of the pile box; and a high voltage generation part which is installed to be close to a lower part of the stainless mesh; and a high voltage generation part (6) installed to be close to the lower part of the stainless mesh in order to be transplanted in a vertical direction on an adhesive layer formed on an upper surface of a floor by the pile, which passed through the stainless mesh, while flying vertically.
