PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and program for watching a single living person, which is capable of detecting actions of each single living person in each time zone and comparing information of family units on the basis of the time zone to more accurately detect abnormality.SOLUTION: A state transition determination unit 101 obtains a type of state transition from an operation signal of a household electrical appliance 4, which is received from a sensor 5, and a time acquisition unit 102 acquires the appearance time of an appliance state, and a time zone conversion unit 103 converts the appearance time to a time zone in accordance with time zone DB 107, and a rule extraction unit 104 extracts a rule and a risk level and a certainty factor corresponding to the rule, from a rule DB 108 on the basis of the time zone and the type of state transition, and a risk level and certainty factor processing unit 105 compares a total appearance frequency of state transition in the time zone with a past average appearance frequency and, in the case of the comparison result meeting the rule, obtains the risk level and the certainty factor corresponding to the rule and transmits them to an output unit 106, and the output unit 106 displays the risk level and the certainty factor. |
