PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a return spring structure for a manual winding watch, capable of being easily engaged with a swing round hole wheel and a square hole wheel between both the wheels, a manual winding mechanism including the return spring mechanism, a movement, a manual winding watch, and a method for assembling the manual winding watch.SOLUTION: A return spring structure 1 for a manual winding watch 3 of a manual winding mechanism 2 of the manual winding watch 3 includes: a spring part 63 for applying elastic force for displacing a swing round hole wheel 50 to one direction D1 of a swing guide route 19 of the swing round hole wheel to the swing round hole wheel 50; and a rotation phase regulation part 67 including ruggedness to be engaged with a tooth part 54 of the swing round hole wheel to regulate a rotation phase &phgr; of the swing round hole wheel. The ruggedness of the rotation phase regulation part 67 has a shape allowed to be just engaged with ruggedness regulated by at least one of gear parts 54, 54 of the swing round hole wheel to regulate the rotation phase of the swing round hole wheel. The spring part 63 and the rotation phase regulation part 67 are integrally or individually formed. |
