PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of drying treatment of a treated object in a drying furnace and also to maintain high and stable dried quality of the treated object.SOLUTION: Air of high temperature and high humidity RA, which is discharged from a drying furnace 1 and is made to pass through a regeneration area 12 of a rotor-type dehumidifier 10, is mixed with introduced outside air OA while allowing a mixing ratio to be adjusted to generate mixed outside air OA' in a humidified and preheated state. The mixed outside air OA' is made to pass through a treating area 11 of the rotor-type dehumidifier 10 and is supplied to the drying furnace 1 as outside air for ventilation inside the furnace in a dehumidified and additionally preheated state. |
