A push button type glove box opening/closing apparatus is provided to easily open/close the glove box by preventing an operating rod from returning to an original position. A push button type glove box opening/closing apparatus comprises a left operating rod(5a), a right operating rod(5b) and a restoration prevention member. The left/right operating rods moves in a left direction and a right direction, respectively, in response to a push action of a user, so that a locking state is released. The restoration prevention member prevents the left/right operating rods from returning to an original position even when removing the hand of user. The restoration prevention member includes a hook part(15), a stopper part(20) and a rotor(25). |
