PURPOSE: An attachable and detachable luggage lamp and a charging control device thereof are provided to prevent over-charging by controlling execution of charging a battery according to maintenance temperature and state of charge of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A lamp supplies lighting by using a power source of a lamp battery. A switch(10) switches on/off the lamp. A charging circuit(20) charges the lamp battery according to a control signal. A battery state detection part(30) detects a state of charge of the lamp battery and temperature of the battery. A control part(40) determines whether to execute charging for the lamp battery.
