PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module suitable for securing insulation performance and aiming at improvement in heat radiation, as well as a lamp apparatus and a lighting device using the module.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module includes a board 21, a wiring pattern layer 24 with a minimum distance from an outer periphery end of the board 21 formed at 4 mm or more, and light-emitting elements 22 electrically connected with the wiring pattern layer 24 and mounted on the board 21. A ratio of an area S2 of a board face to that S1 of a region where the wiring pattern layer 24 is formed is to be not less than: 1+(4α+2α(A+B))/AB, provided a maximum width of a region where the wiring pattern layer 24 is formed on each line nearly crossing each other on a board face is A and B, and a minimum distance from an outer periphery end of the board 21 to the wiring pattern layer 24 is α. |
