PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a refrigerator that turns on notification lights for an operation state on a door.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 opens and closes a storage room 3 with a door 5 that includes: a door body 10 for covering the front surface of the storage room 3; and a handle part 20 disposed in a longitudinal direction on one circumferential surface of the door body 10, by gripping the handle part 20. The refrigerator includes: a light guiding member 43 disposed on the door body 10 and extending along the handle part 20; and a light source 42 disposed on the door body 10 oppositely to an incoming surface 43a comprising one end surface in the longitudinal direction of the light guiding member 43. The light guiding member 43 guides the light by receiving the light emitted by the light source 42 from the incoming surface 43a, and emits the light from an outgoing surface 43b neighboring the incoming surface 43a and extending in the longitudinal direction, thus, notifying an operation state. |
