PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide column packing material for separating hemoglobin capable of highly accurately measuring the hemoglobin in a short time, and improving a life of a column, to provide a method for measuring hemoglobin A1c using the column packing material for separating hemoglobin, and to provide a method for producing the column packing material for separating hemoglobin.SOLUTION: Column packing material for separating hemoglobin comprises: crosslinked polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a non-crosslinkable hydrophilic acrylic monomer and polyglycidyl ether; and an acrylic polymer layer having a cation exchange group formed on a surface of the crosslinked polymer particles. |
