PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a photographing person to optionally set whether to transmit outside and open a currently-captured moving image to the public.SOLUTION: When a scene which a photographing person does not intend to transmit is probably be photographed, determination in step S115 becomes YES by operation of a folder change/transmission stop key by the photographing person, and then FLAG of the folder change/transmission stop is stored (step S117). In step S121, it is determined whether the FLAG of the folder change/transmission stop is stored or not. If it is not stored, a moving image file stored in a selection folder in the memory is transmitted to the outside (step S128). If the FLAG of the folder change/transmission stop is stored, the folder change or the like is performed in step S121 before transmission in step S128 is performed. |
