PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide, optical wiring, an optoelectric hybrid substrate and an electronic apparatus having excellent long-term reliability.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical waveguide which is constituted by laminating a first layer containing a first resin and an acid generator or an acid derived from an acid generator, a second layer which contains a second resin different from the first resin on at least one surface of the first resin and has a refractive index lower than that of the first layer and a fourth layer which is provided between the first layer and the second layer and has a refractive index lower than that of the first layer, wherein the second layer further contains an acid scavenger. Further, optical wiring of the present invention comprises the optical waveguide described above. In addition, an optoelectric hybrid substrate of the present invention has electric wiring and the optical wiring described above. Further, an electronic apparatus of the present invention has the optical waveguide described above. |
