PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly in which incident light beams are captured excellently.SOLUTION: A plate made of a transparent material has on its own surface a textured structure including a plurality of specific structures 83, 84, 85, 86 which are embossed in a recessed or protruding form. The specific structures 83, 84, 85, 86 include first and second surfaces which are not parallel with each other. Contour lines on bottom sides of these surfaces are parallel, and the first surface forms, with respect to an entire plane of the plate, forms an angle larger than an angle formed from the second surface with respect to the entire plane of the plate. The corresponding angle is an angle inside of the material if the specific structure is a protruding portion, or is an angle outside of the material if the specific structures 83, 84, 85, 86 are recesses. In particular, the plate enhances transmissivity of light toward a photovoltaic power battery, e.g., in the case where the plate is in a vertical attitude on a surface of a noise barrier. |
