PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for an expression analysis of a Macaca fascicularis gene.SOLUTION: A Macaca fascicularis gene expression analysis tool includes a set of nucleic acids containing the same or substantially same base sequences as two or more base sequences selected from a group consisting of 14 kinds of specific base sequences, or partial sequences thereof. A method for analyzing the expression of a Macaca fascicularis gene includes measuring a gene transcript in a sample derived from a Macaca fascicularis using the tool.
