PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a micropump that prevents degradation of a tube and has high jetting accuracy.SOLUTION: A micropump 10 includes a tube unit 11 having a tube 50 part of which is arranged in a circular shape and which has elasticity, a first tube guiding frame 17 and a second tube guiding frame 18 for holding the tube 50; and a control unit 12 having fingers 40 to 46 which are arranged in a radial fashion from a central direction of the circular shape of the tube 50, a cam 20 which sequentially presses the fingers 40 to 46 from an inflow side to an outflow side of the tube 50, a step motor 70 which provides a rotating force to the cam 20, a control circuit 30 which performs drive control on the step motor 70, and a first machine frame 15 and a second machine frame 16 which hold the fingers 40 to 46, the cam 20, the step motor 70 and the control circuit 30. The tube unit 11 is detachable from the control unit 12 in a direction substantially horizontal to a rotating face of the cam 20. |
