PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polyester resin foam excellent in heat insulating performance, recyclability and heat resistance.SOLUTION: This aromatic polyester resin foam has porosity of 96% or more, has only one peak in a bubble diameter distribution, has a bubble diameter of 50 μm or less showing the peak, and contains an aromatic polyester resin as a principal ingredient. The aromatic polyester resin has a spiro ring structure in its main chain, and contains a component derived from a chain extender. |
