PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which reduces the influences of electromagnetic waves that an IC element receives from the exterior thereby reducing fluctuations of an oscillatory frequency of the piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device of this invention includes: a substrate part 110a on which an IC element 140 is mounted; a first frame part 110b provided on the substrate part 110a; a second frame part 110c provided along an outer edge of the first frame part 110b; an IC element 140 provided on an IC mounting region; a crystal element 120 provided in a crystal mounting region so as to be spaced away from the IC element 140; an electromagnetic wave shield member 160 that is provided at a region, enclosed by the substrate part 110a, the first frame part 110b, and the second frame part 110c and located between the IC element 140 and the crystal element 120, so as to cover the IC element 140; and an electromagnetic wave shield layer 150 provided at a region in the substrate part 110a that overlaps with the IC element 140 in a plane view. |
