PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of the solar cell module by enhancing the adhesion and durability of a protection layer to minimize the inflow of moisture. CONSTITUTION: A support substrate(310) supports a solar cell. A protection layer(700) is formed on the upper side of the solar cell. The protection layer includes a center region and a peripheral region around the center region. A top substrate(800) is formed on the upper side of the protection layer. A bus bar is electrically connected to the solar cell. A junction box(500) is connected to the bus bar. |
