PURPOSE: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity is provided to improve acoustic absorptivity by inserting a felt layer between a hot melt film layer and a flexible urethane foam layer. CONSTITUTION: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity comprises a base material layer(10) and a material layer(20) formed on the top of the base material layer. The material layer comprises a first film layer(21), a felt layer(22), a flexible urethane foam layer(23), and a skin layer(24). The first film layer is made of an air permeability film or hot melt film. The felt layer is made of a nonwoven fabric and is formed on the top of the first film layer. The flexible urethane foam layer is made of flexible urethane and is formed on the top of the felt layer. The skin layer is made of polyester and is formed on the top of the flexible urethane foam layer. |
