PURPOSE: An air-resistance reducing apparatus for a railway vehicle is provided to reduce air resistance by minimizing turbulence during the driving of the railway vehicle and to reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: An air-resistance reducing apparatus for a railway vehicle comprises skirts(100), a skirt operating unit, flaps(200), and a flap operating unit. The skirts are arranged in the lower part of connection parts of vehicles. The skirt operating unit downwardly draws the skirts out from the inside of vehicle bodies. The flaps are arranged in the side of the connection parts of the vehicles. The flap operating unit laterally draws the flaps out from the inside of the connection parts of the vehicle bodies. |
