PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution system or the like which counts the number of viewers with a simpler configuration and utilizes a method of counting the number of viewers.SOLUTION: The advertisement distribution system includes: management means which preliminarily associates base stations, digital signage devices, and position information of the digital signage devices with each other to manage them; reception means which receives a mobile terminal identifier from a mobile terminal via a base station; counting means which specifies a digital signage device in the vicinity of which the mobile terminal is located, on the basis of position information of the base station having relayed the mobile terminal identifier and counts the number of mobile terminals located in the vicinity of the digital signage device on the basis of the number of received mobile terminal identifiers; recording means which records the counted number of mobile terminals in association with the digital signage device in the vicinity of which the mobile terminals are located; and rating means which tallies the number of mobile terminals with respect to each corresponding digital signage device on the basis of the recorded number of mobile terminals and gives a rating to the digital signage device in accordance with the number of terminals. |
