PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation state notice system without requiring a user to register with every day when the user desires a notice, and enabling the user to know changes in an operation state in advance even when the plurality of times of changes in the operation state are caused, because the user can acquire only the change in the operation state in the notice time when the user desires the notice of operation information.SOLUTION: An operation state acquiring method accepts notice information including at least a traffic means using section, notice time, and a notice day, confirms the content of the accepted notice information, requires re-input of the notice information when determining that the notice information is not proper as a result of confirmation, sends out the notice information to an operation state processing device when determining that the notice information is proper as a result of the confirmation, acquires traffic means information in the traffic means using section included in the sent-out notice information from the operation state processing device, and displays the acquired traffic means information in the traffic means using section. |
