PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective nucleic acids binding to ghrelin.SOLUTION: Ghrelin binding L-nucleic acids include a first stretch box (A) and a second stretch box B. The first stretch box (A) includes approximately 25 consecutive nucleotides and the second stretch box B includes approximately six to eight consecutive nucleotides. The 3' terminal stretch of the nucleotides of the first stretch box (A) hybridizes with the second stretch box B, and, in the hybridization, a first double stranded structure is created, and the first double stranded structure includes a bulge. |
