PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal-fired plant control device, along with a fuel supply system, having a function of determining an amount of fuel supplied with the high degree of freedom in consideration of a calorific value and also a fuel balance (combustion balance) supplied to a boiler, in satisfying a desired load condition, in the coal-fired plant using fuel different in quality.SOLUTION: A coal-fired plant control device includes: a plant efficiency calculator for calculating combustion efficiency of the plant based on a measurement signal and information on coal; a combustion balance model for simulating combustion balance characteristics of the plant; and a control signal generator for generating a control signal for the plant. Also, a coal feed system is configured such that the coal can be fed from one type or a plurality of coal feeding devices (coal feeders) with respect to one type of a burner stage. |
