PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic apparatus capable of generating high-temperature water in which hydrogen is dissolved in plenty only by a necessary amount when necessary and capable of allowing the generated high-temperature water to be easily used for a hot beverage.SOLUTION: An electrolytic apparatus includes: a container 2 capable of storing high-temperature water; a supply port 15 formed on an upper part of the container 2 and capable of supplying high-temperature water from the outside into the container 2; a discharge port 16 formed on a container bottom 9 of the container 2 to discharge the high-temperature water stored in the container 2; a pair of support members 4 supporting the container 2 and forming installation space for installing a receiver 6 for receiving high-temperature water under the container 2; a pair of electrodes 20 arranged in the container 2; a voltage application circuit 22 arranged on the outside of the container 2 to generate voltage to be applied to the pair of electrodes 20; and a conducting wire 23 arranged through a sidewall of the container 2 to electrically connect the pair of electrodes 20 to the voltage application circuit 22. |
