PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer capable of downsizing a whole device and saving energy while holding sufficient cooling capacity for generating dew condensation water on a discharge electrode.SOLUTION: In an electrostatic atomizer generating charged particulate water by applying voltage to dew condensation water generated by cooling a discharge electrode 1, the discharge electrode 1 has a discharge part 1b, and a base part 1a to which heat-absorbing sides of a pair of Peltier devices 23 are directly joined, whereby the heat-absorbing sides of the pair of Peltier devices 23 are electrically connected with each other through the discharge electrode 1. |
