PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone 10 which a user can operate with his/her voice even in a case where a touching operation is not detected.SOLUTION: A portable telephone 10 comprises: a display 14; a touch panel 16 provided to the display 14; and so on. When the display 14 is in a state of lights-out, a screen lock state becomes effective. The portable telephone 10 further comprises: a voice recognition function; a speech function; and a voice operation function for utilizing those functions. It is considered that there is a case, for example, in which a touching operation is not detected even though the touching operation is conducted by a user in order to release the screen lock state, and the user repeatedly operates an electrical power source 22d. In that case, a specific mode is set to execute the voice operation function. |
