PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure rice cooker in which even if a pressure drop occurs in a pot during rice boiling, it does not continue to the vicinity of an atmospheric pressure, so that rice boiling can take place, suppressing a temperature in a rice cooking pot from falling due to the pressure drop.SOLUTION: In a pressure rice cooker 10 including a rice cooking pot 20 for storing something to be boiled, a heating means for heating the rice cooking pot 20, an internal pressure adjusting device PVfor adjusting an internal pressure within the rice cooking pot 20, and a control device for executing a rice cooking process by controlling the heating means and the internal pressure adjusting devices PV, the internal pressure adjusting device keeps the inside of the rice cooking pot 20 at a first pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure, and consists of a first internal pressure adjusting device PVkeeping the pot at a pressure exceeding the first pressure by blocked locking and a second internal pressure adjusting device keeping the pot at a second pressure higher than the first pressure, and the control device executes a rice cooking process by controlling the first and second internal pressure adjusting devices PVwhen cooking rice and by adjusting the internal pressure within the rice cooking pot 20 between the first and second pressures. |
