PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by including an antireflection layer and a high reflection layer to efficiently collect sunlight through a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar panel(100) includes a rear electrode layer(20), a light absorption layer(30), and a front electrode layer(60). A polymer layer(200) is divided into a first polymer layer(210) and a second polymer layer(220). The polymer layer includes a plurality of antireflection particles. An antireflection layer(300) is formed on an interface between the first polymer layer and the second polymer layer. A top panel(400) protects the solar panel form external physical impact and/or foreign materials. |
