<p>PURPOSE: A reel device and a reel system are provided to automatically prevent unwinding of a wire depending on the falling speed when a magnetic force applied to the window cleaning device is disappeared for a certain reason. CONSTITUTION: A reel device comprises a code reel, a latch reel, an elastic member, a latch, a first trigger, and a second trigger. The code reel is wound by an extractable wire connected to an external device. The latch reel is rotated with the code reel and includes a cogwheel. The elastic member is included in the code reel and adds tension to the extractable wire. The latch hangs on a cog of the latch reel and blocks the rotation of the latch reel. The first trigger prevents the latch from hanging on the latch reel by pressurizing the latch. The first trigger is a polygonal shape and is connected to the latch with the surface. The second trigger is installed in the latch reel and enables the latch to hang on the latch reel by rotating the first trigger depending on the rotation of the latch reel after touching the first trigger by being rotated with a centrifugal force in the rotation of the latch reel.</p> |
