Embodiments of the present invention provide a multi-mode wireless communication system control method, a control server and a terminal. The method comprises: a control server establishing a base link between a terminal and any one communication system of a multi-mode wireless communication system according to a first setting condition; the control server determining a service communication system for service transmission for each service of the terminal in the multi-mode wireless communication system according to a second setting condition; and the control server sending control information to the terminal on the base link, the control information being used to indicate a service communication system adopted for transmission of each service of the terminal. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the radio resource utilization rate of the multi-mode communication system and the user experience are improved. |
