PURPOSE: A rapid dyeing machine is provided to convey a fabric using spraying pressure of dye which is sprayed from a circulation nozzle and to prevent textile damage during dyeing process by minimizing tension in the fabric generated when converting a direction of the fabric by a guide roller as conveying speed of the fabric by spraying pressure of dye through generating rotational force of the guide roller which converts the direction in a conveying process of the fabric which conforms to rotational speed of the guide roller by the spraying pressure of dye. CONSTITUTION: A rapid dyeing machine comprises a main pipe (1) in a long cylindrical shape in which dyeing is conducted by a dying liquid while a fabric stays; a circulation nozzle (201) which is installed being connected on a side of the main pipe and which sprays the dyeing liquid with high pressure for forced transfer of the fabric; a header (2) which is equipped with a guide roller (202) in a porous body which makes circulation of the fabric be conducted in a converting direction of the textile which is forcibly transferred by spraying pressure of the dyeing liquid; a circulation pipe (3) which transfers the fabric by spraying the dyeing liquid to enable circulation of the fabric being installed to be connected between the main pipe and the header; a dyeing pump (4) which supplies the dyeing liquid stored in a dyeing liquid tank (401); a water supply valve (5) to supply water for production of the dyeing liquid to the main pipe; a heat exchanger to heat the dyeing liquid in certain temperature; and a circulation pump (7) for the circulation of the dyeing liquid. |
