<p>PURPOSE: A barbecue roasting device is provided to allow a user to cook a barbecue in an optimal state by discharging most of the oil generated in the barbecue to the outside through an oil groove included in a grill rod and minimizing the phenomenon of the meat being burnt by a flame. CONSTITUTION: A barbecue roasting device comprises a roaster main body (100), a leg member (200), an upper plate member (300), and a grill member (400). A multiple-hole (121) is formed on the whole roaster's main body, and a supporting plate (120) forming a center hole (122) in the center is horizontally installed on the lower end between the connection plates (105). A charcoal supporting plate is installed in the center of the supporting plate in order to be separated. The upper plate member includes a first upper frame (301) and a second upper frame (302). A grill member is put on the upper part of the upper plate member.</p> |
