HYDROGEN PEROXIDE INJECTION DEVICE FOR ROTATING-DISC-TYPE LOW-TEMPERATURE PLASMA STERILIZER

A hydrogen peroxide injection device for a rotating-disc-type low-temperature plasma sterilizer. A fixed clip (5) is used, a hydrogen peroxide capsule being provided in the clip (5), and a stepper motor being used to drive the clip (5) to rotate and move at 360 degrees, to position the capsule in the clip (5). Another stepper motor is used to drive an injection needle (25), enabling the injection needle (25) to work in a manner of moving back and forth. The injection needle (25) is connected to a liquid injection valve (13), and the liquid injection valve (13) is connected to a sterilization chamber. The injection needle (25) moves forward to puncture the hydrogen peroxide capsule in the clip, and the liquid injection valve (13) is controlled, so that hydrogen peroxide is injected into the sterilization chamber. The injection device has advantages of reliable injection, safety, and a simple structure.
