Provided is a color-scheme determination device which makes it possible for a person who is not a specialist in color or screen design to evaluate whether or not a color scheme is one in which each piece of information for configuring a screen stands out to an appropriate level in the screen overall according to the level of importance of each piece of information. A color-scheme determination device (1) is provided with: an input unit (18) for receiving a designation from a user for a screen to be evaluated; a color-scheme-information acquisition unit (11) for acquiring color-scheme information; an eye-catchiness calculation unit (12) for calculating eye-catchiness using the color-scheme information; an importance-level storage unit (13) for storing importance-level information expressing the relative level of importance of each color used; a color-scheme-appropriateness determination unit (14) for calculating the order of the importance-level information associated with the used colors, calculating the order of the eye-catchiness associated with the used colors, and outputting a determination result expressing whether or not the orders of the importance-level information and eye-catchiness associated with the used colors match with one another; and an output unit (19) for displaying the determination result.
