<p>Disclosed are a loading apparatus floating-state control device for land and sea connection and transport, and a working method thereof. The floating-state control device comprises a tide height measurement unit (6), a relative horizontal position measurement unit (7), a relative height measurement unit (8), a draught measurement unit (9), and a receiving and control unit (10). The measurement units send acquired information to a receiving end of the receiving and control unit (10) through a sensor, and the receiving and control unit (10) performs data transmission with a stowage computer software system. The measurement data of the measurement units is used as a basis of analysis and calculation regarding the stowage of the loading floating body, the floating state adjustment, and the structural strength. The floating-state control device improves the safety and efficiency during the offshore rising and submerging work of the loading floating body in transporting the products between land and sea. The floating-state control device can be applied in a slideway shift system or a rail shift system, has a simple structure and high engineering applicability, is safe and reliable, and is convenient to maintain, thereby not changing the existing working environment and not affecting the production process and flow of the shipyard.</p> |
