The method involves forming a propeller blade by two helical blades whose upper and lower surfaces are distinct. Trailing edges and leading edges (J) of the surfaces are attached with each other in entire portion of a wheel and except in a center portion in front of the wheel, where the leading edges are opened. A channel is formed between the surfaces, where the channel emerges along a periphery of the wheel into a circular chamber. The chamber is opened toward back portion of the wheel by a circular opening, which includes tube profile, and is provided with tilted and shaped spacers.
